DNA Isolation Services & Banking Service

Provides DNA extraction services with optimized protocols

Patient derived xenografts (PDX) are models of cancer where the tissue or cells
from a patient’s tumor are implanted into an immunodeficient or humanized mouse.
PDX models are used to create an environment that allows for the natural growth of cancer,
its monitoring, and corresponding treatment evaluations for the original patient.

  • We provides DNA extraction services with optimized protocols.
  • DNA is extracted using appropriate kits for each sample including various human samples
(whole blood, buffy coats, saliva, buccal swabs, feces and more) and cultured cells.
  • DNA is quantitated by optical density at 260nm and 280nm wavelengths and
the quality of DNA is determined by electrophoresis on 1% agarose gel.
  • DNA samples are shipped to the customer with report regarding the DNA concentration and quality.
